Develop within Defence

Do you work for the Ministry of Defence and want to progress to non-commissioned officer? This program will help you advance to a leadership role within the armed forces. You'll learn how to operate as a professional, instructor, and leader – both in the barracks and in the field. You'll also develop skills to lead your unit and take responsibility under challenging circumstances.

The training strengthens your tactical insight, enabling you to act safely and effectively in high-risk situations. You'll prepare for tasks that require stress resistance, decisiveness, and leadership.

The estimated price is €1525, including course materials and exams. We'll provide you with a quote after the initial consultation.

Summa training courses and teaching materials made available by Summa are exempt from VAT. Read more about training costs.

Duration

During an orientation meeting, we'll assess which competencies you've already acquired. Based on this, we'll create a personalized training plan together and schedule your lessons. We'll also agree on your start date and the days of the lessons.

Certificate of Education

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an MBO3 diploma.

For Whom

This training program is for CLAS defense personnel who wish to advance their careers and are eligible for an exemption from the vocational component of this training based on Validation and Assessment reports. If you do not receive this exemption, we would be happy to explore the possibilities for a tailored pathway with you.
