Addressing behavior

Do you work in education, healthcare, or for a local authority? Or perhaps in a pharmacy or library? Then you might occasionally encounter someone who loses their patience, ignores rules, or oversteps your boundaries. How do you remain professional and clearly indicate what behavior is and isn't acceptable?

In this training, together with your colleagues, you will learn how to respond calmly and effectively in such situations. You will learn how to engage in the conversation with confidence and conviction. You will practice with situations from your own work, so that you can see what works and what makes you stronger. After the training, you and your colleagues will work together to create an open, respectful environment in which everyone feels safe.
