Addressing behavior

Do you work in education, healthcare, or for a local authority? Or perhaps in a pharmacy or library? Then you might occasionally encounter someone who loses their patience, ignores rules, or oversteps your boundaries. How do you remain professional and clearly indicate what behavior is and isn't acceptable?

In this in-company training, you and your colleagues will learn how to respond calmly and effectively in such a situation. You'll learn how to engage in conversations with confidence and conviction. You'll practice with situations from your own practice, so you'll see what works and what makes you stronger. After the training, you and your colleagues will work together to create an open, respectful environment where everyone feels safe.
