Assistant Business Services (administrative) (bol)

Supporting and tackling a lot in the office

As a business services assistant, you will often work with a computer in the office, for example at reception or in the secretariat.

Your daily tasks include writing letters and emails, managing your calendar, preparing meeting rooms (facilities), and answering the phone. You might also be involved in payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable administration. It's a nice, varied job. Besides working on the computer, you'll spend a lot of time talking to colleagues and clients.

Sometimes it's busy, but you don't let things get to you. You complete assigned tasks as independently as possible and discuss what you'll do first. You learn how to work accurately and clearly at school.

During your training, you'll work with curriculums that mimic real-world work situations. It's like working in a company. You'll learn to be customer-focused and handle confidential information.

Start in February

This course also starts as a special course in February (if there are sufficient registrations).
