What are you becoming?
You'll be employed as a counter clerk, receptionist, or secretary or administrative assistant. As a business services assistant, you can work for a wide variety of organizations. You can also progress to a level 3 or level 4 program, for example, in business services.
What does your education look like?
You attend classes at school and complete an internship for a total of 10 weeks.

Limited number of places available
This is a training with a limited number of placesIt's important to apply on time. This increases your chances of getting a place in the program, provided you meet the admission requirements. It's also wise to apply for another program that suits you.
What prior education do you need?
For basic vocational training (level 2) you must meet one of the following conditions:
- You have a diploma in pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO) with a basic vocational track, a pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO) with a framework vocational track, a pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO) with a theoretical track, or a mixed track.
- You have an (older) diploma from lbo, vbo, mavo or mavo-vbo.
- You have an entry-level training or basic vocational training diploma (level 2).
- You have proof that you have successfully completed the first three years of pre-university or senior general secondary education (havo) or pre-university education (vwo). This proof is recognized by the government.

You will be invited for a personal interview or introductory meeting where you will get to know the school and we will see if this course is a good fit for you.
