Conversation skills in a business context

In this training, you develop skills to communicate purposefully and clearly, even in difficult or sensitive situations. You gain insight into your own communication style and its effect on others.

You learn active listening, asking the right questions, and effectively structuring and concluding conversations. You also practice handling resistance and tension while remaining professional and calm. This makes you more confident and increases your effectiveness and impact in the workplace.

We also provide these and other training courses in-company. Examples include time management, personal effectiveness, workload and balance, and professional attitude and communication.
