Executive baker (bol)

Proud of handmade bread and pastries

As a baker, you'll create the most delicious bread and pastries from a variety of doughs. By hand, that makes your job even more enjoyable. This way, you'll create products you can't find anywhere else.

Fresh bread, delicious cookies, and beautiful shapes: you handle them every day. As a baker, you'll create the most delicious bread and pastries from a variety of doughs. By hand, that's what makes your job so enjoyable. This way, you create products you can't find anywhere else.

In the school's modern bakery, you'll learn many manual techniques. You'll also learn about hygiene and how to store fresh produce. Product knowledge is therefore essential. Sometimes you'll help out in the shop, and in that case, you'll need to look neat and tidy.

Bakery work often begins at night. It's especially busy around the holidays. You usually work when other people are off. But as a baker-in-charge, it's worth it. You learn a true, traditional craft and can be proud of your work!
