Fashion Designer (bol)

Your passion is designing clothes

Clothes, colors, fabrics: they all make you happy. And as a Fashion Designer, you know how to translate trends into the latest looks for your target audience. Together with the head stylist, you'll create the new collection.

You choose the colors, fabrics, and accessories. You develop design sketches into clear drawings and stylesheets on the computer. These contain all the information the production department needs to create the design: fabrics, dimensions, buttons, lining, and so on. They create the first garment from your design! You check whether it's been made according to the drawing and whether it's exactly how you want it. You make adjustments as needed.

As a Fashion Designer, you'll learn all this. You'll learn how to develop a collection. You'll receive lessons in trend watching, fashion and styling, and textile and product knowledge. And after your training, computer drawing programs will hold no secrets for you.
