You will need a laptop and other teaching materials.

Duration
The program lasts 2 to 3 years. You attend school one day a week and work 3 or 4 days a week.
Preliminary training
To be admitted to this course you need:
- at least 18 years of age and;
- vmbo diploma theoretical, mixed or intermediate vocational education or;
- transition certificate from 3 to 4 havo or vwo or;
- MBO level 2 or 3 diploma;
You can only take this course if you work for a relevant and accredited training company. If your employer isn't accredited, or if you're unsure whether it is, please contact us. We're happy to help.
Certificate of Education
After successfully completing the course, you will receive an MBO level 4 diploma.
For Whom
This training is intended for HR employees who are keen to develop themselves and for lateral entrants.
What can I become with this education?
