As an employer, you can apply for the SLIM training subsidy in 2026 for training personnel.
In a rapidly changing labor market, it's essential for companies to continuously train their employees. This subsidy helps achieve this by covering part of the costs of training, courses, and other learning activities. Want to know what this subsidy can do for you?
Costs
The statutory tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year is €735. Course materials cost approximately €500 for the entire program.
Summa training courses and teaching materials provided by Summa are exempt from VAT. Read more about training costs.
Duration
2-3 years. You'll attend school one day a week. The school day runs from 1:8.30 AM to 17.30:8 PM. Expect XNUMX hours of homeschooling per week.
The group size is 25 people.

People who want to specialize and lateral entrants.
What can I become with this education?
With your diploma, you can continue your studies at a level 4 vocational training program, for example, vocational nursing, personal assistant for specific target groups, or personal assistant for disabled care.
Preliminary training
To be eligible for this course, you must work at least 20 hours per week at an accredited training company.
