Office & Management Support Specialist (Management assistant) (bbl)

As a management assistant, be the driving force behind the organization

Are you proactive, do you enjoy organizing, and do you enjoy working with and for people? Then the Office & Management Support Specialist profession is definitely right for you. No two moments are the same; you'll be the driving force behind many activities in the office.

A busy job where you often work with people in management roles. You have to keep a cool head and always work accurately and clearly.

At school, you'll learn the various tasks of an Office and Management Support Specialist (executive secretary/management assistant), such as correspondence, filing, agenda management, taking minutes, planning and organizing, and arranging internal and external meetings. This is largely done during project-based lessons. These lessons are similar to what you might expect at work.

Organizing and planning without a computer is, of course, a thing of the past. That's why you'll learn to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Coaching others is also covered extensively. You'll learn to prioritize and further develop your organizational skills. Everything to make you an excellent management assistant.
