Recruiter (bol)
More information.
What are you becoming?
You can work as a recruiter, intermediary, or HR professional at various companies. Examples include temporary employment agencies, recruitment and selection agencies, or a company's HR department. You'll advise companies on their staffing needs. You'll collaborate with the client and the candidate to ensure a good match. Drafting job descriptions, searching and matching candidates, interviewing candidates, and acquiring new assignments are all part of your daily duties. You'll capitalize on market opportunities and know how to place the right candidate.
This course offers excellent preparation in the subjects of business economics, management, labor law, marketing and sales to successfully progress to, for example, higher professional education courses in Commercial Economics, HRM and Business Administration.
What does your education look like?
The first year is a foundation year of commerce, in which you will follow classes together with students from the Business Administration, Commercial Employee, and Junior Account Manager programs.
Practical assignments form the foundation of the program. You'll learn professional skills through lectures, workshops, group learning, or independent study. You'll work on these assignments for regional companies in the commercial center. Your learning process could include coaching during telephone sales, guidance in market research, or even pitching your results to your client. This effective learning method offers ample opportunities to adapt to your learning style.
During this challenging program, you'll be challenged to come up with creative solutions. You'll learn sales and influencing techniques by applying your commercial and financial knowledge. The program combines an internship (from year 2 onwards) and school. You can find a suitable internship yourself.
The study years consist of: 15% elective subjects, 35% profile subjects, 50% basic subjects.
