Study coaches & teaching team

What does your education look like?
You'll collaborate, manage others, and learn to be proactive and responsible. Our students praise the guidance of our approachable and expert instructors, but you'll also interact directly with active dealerships in the region.
Throughout your career at Summa, you will be guided by one study coach who knows you, teaches you, and guides you through your work or internship.
We offer customized solutions: there are always opportunities for students who want to accelerate or slow down their studies. We also work with modules: based on your talents and interests, we build a program that suits you. From the first year onwards, you'll be actively involved in the practical field. Our programs are low-homework, and we have many excursions and guest speakers. Your studies are not only educational, but also fun! The instructors contribute to this. Together with them, you'll shape the atmosphere at our clubhouse on the Automotive Campus in Helmond.
You'll attend school four days a week, and on the fifth day, you can do whatever you want. The doors of our clubhouse are always open. Classes are always from 09.00:16.00 AM to XNUMX:XNUMX PM. The program is structured around themes. These are integrated assignments that last several weeks. Some examples of themes are:
- customer journey
- mobility & budget
- luggage for your internship
- mobility issues and solutions
- acquisition
- cars for sale
- showroom 2025
- improvement plan
We also provide sales, commercial, financial and general management services.
After the first half of the first year, you'll complete a two-day internship at a training company. You'll continue this throughout your entire program. In the final year, you'll complete more internships to ensure you can successfully complete your final projects.
We believe it's important that you develop yourself as a person. We dedicate a lot of time to this through career assignments and discussions, collaboration, organizing events and personal assignments, and fostering citizenship throughout your entire program.
