Defense employees
Summa works closely with the Ministry of Defence to help you with further training or retraining. As a defence employee, you have opportunities to specialize within your current position and be promoted to a higher rank. You can also retrain for another position within or even outside the Ministry of Defence. With a practical vocational diploma, you'll be ready for a job in civilian society.

Summa has been providing training opportunities for defense personnel for many years. The courses take into account your military obligations, such as training exercises. We also consider exemptions based on General Military Training (AMO). You determine your own learning pace and can enroll at any time.
