At Summa, you can apply your practical experience as a teacher or instructor, working with students while continuing to develop yourself.

Become a teacher

Become an instructor
As an instructor, you teach students skills they'll use throughout their lives. But how do you best guide them, both professionally and personally? As a lateral entrant, you bring valuable experience and expertise, but there's also plenty of room for growth.
The training for instructors
We also expect pedagogical and didactic knowledge from our instructors. If you come to work for us as an instructor, you will complete the MBO instructor training at level 4 in one year .
Is the lateral entry program something for you?
- You are a practical person and want to transfer your knowledge and experience to our students.
- You have an MBO diploma at least at level 3, or a demonstrable working and thinking level.
