Former student Furniture Maker/(Ship) Interior Builder
I've always loved working with my hands and I find it fascinating what you can do with wood. My great-grandfather was also a furniture maker. I love it, and I'm really enjoying this school!
We have a lot of practical lessons where we get a lot of help from the teachers. During those lessons, for example, I made a toolbox, an oak side table, and a cherry wood box for my sister. I'm most proud of this.
I really enjoy the practical side of things because you can sometimes create your own projects. I rehearse in the theater. Now I have these crazy plans to combine the two: building sets and performing myself.
