I combine my job with teaching at Summa. As a hybrid instructor, I'm the link between education and business, and I help develop the training program, along with about 30 other companies. We've noticed that technicians can be intimidated by data and networks, but the modern technician needs to be able to work with them. Until recently, there was a lack of proper training for this. Smart Industry Technician fills this gap. For example, I give workshops to students at ASML. We use VR headsets to solve problems remotely. It's great for students to see how that works."
