Growth in childcare with tailor-made solutions
Esmay van Helmont has been working at Numbera, since this year as Junior Team Coach. In collaboration with KnowhouseSumma & Bedrijf offers various customized online training courses to Nummereen. Online platform
The training courses are offered through the digital social learning platform Knowhouse. When you log in, you see what each week will look like, what's expected, and what the training objective is. A training course always consists of several levels that you complete each week. You follow each level according to a schedule, allowing you to collaborate, brainstorm, and see each other's ideas. This way, you continue to learn from each other, even though it's online. The theory is presented in various formats. It often involves a mix of articles, videos, and in-depth questions. For example, they ask how certain things work at your location. This ensures you put theory into practice.
Very recognizable in practice
“The last training I attended is 'Connect with cultures'. A very relevant topic because you get to know young children en ouders I'm dealing with people from different backgrounds. In eight weeks, I learned more about communicating with parents and connecting with children from different cultures. The training was very applicable and relatable in practice. The theory really stuck, and I've already been able to apply a lot in my work. You become aware of your own frame of reference and look with genuine curiosity at how things can be improved. This yields great results in practice. The training is truly enriching if you work in a preschool group.
