Laura is well on her way

At the beginning of this year, Vivian Troenopawiro took over from Laura Crooijmans' former internship supervisor. "I started as an assistant to the vice president of IT BAS, a department within IT. Laura has been working there for a year and a half. I consider it an honor to mentor her."

After six months together, I can confidently say that we make a good team at the IT BAS Management Team secretariat. We have frequent contact moments where I can discuss necessary matters with Laura and her school mentor. A foundation of safety and trust ensures that these moments can also make a positive contribution to the success and progress of the bbl trajectoryAt ASML, we work closely as practical supervisors to ensure that students successfully complete their programs, ready to work as fully qualified management assistants. My personal mission is to work with Summa to guide Laura as effectively as possible toward her coveted diploma. I believe she's well on her way!
