When you invest in your future, others will invest in you

I always knew: BMW, that's where I want to end up. You only sell well if you have the right skills. By showing at school that I was willing to work hard, my mentor did his best for me. That's partly why I now work at BMW dealership De Maassche in Echt. The director of my company sees it the same way: hard work pays off. If you invest in your profession, your employer will invest in you too. I'm currently working towards becoming a certified BMW sales advisor.
At school, you're with a select group of students who all give it their all. Only being around people who genuinely want to excel is motivating.
At a BMW dealership, it's not about price or selling cars. It's about customer loyalty, building a rapport with the company, and connecting with customers. I really enjoy that. As a sales advisor, you're a trusted partner. Excellent hospitality, discipline, and sticking to your agreements are the most important pillars of the training. Constantly challenging yourself, investing in yourself and others, and a healthy dose of motivation are the keys to success.
