Interesting to hear about experiences of classmates and the mentor

At school, we have lessons in English, cost accounting, and a special hospitality subject. I really enjoy that the most! Our mentor takes us to workshops with suppliers, for example, and we learn all about flavor perception. These lessons are often adapted to the season. In autumn, for example, we learn about game.
My mentor is also a true professional. He talked about all his experiences. That's certainly the most interesting thing to hear! The atmosphere at school is really friendly. Because we're all working all week, everyone shares experiences enthusiastically during the school day.
I'm thinking about continuing my education as a nutrition specialist after this program. But maybe I'd also just like to work in a nice kitchen."
