All-round beautician (lateral entry) (bol)

Caring for your clients with expertise and attention

You recognize skin types and skin problems and know which products are best for them. You also provide wellness treatments and specialize in acne, shiatsu massage, and skin-improving massages.

Clients appreciate your expertise and attention and, thanks to your expertise, leave their seats feeling satisfied. That's what you do it for! You're an expert in your field. You provide caring, relaxing, and cosmetic treatments. You recognize skin types and skin concerns and know which products to use best. You also offer wellness treatments and specialize in acne, shiatsu, and skin-improving massages.

At school, you'll develop into a well-rounded beautician. In addition to facial and body treatments, you'll receive instruction in hand, nail, and foot treatments. Interacting with people is a key part of your profession. You'll learn to be customer-friendly and give your clients attention, making them feel special and able to truly relax. And because you can start your own business after graduation, you'll take courses in marketing, business management, and financial administration.

The full training program to become a comprehensive beautician formally takes three years. We offer a vocational (BOL) option for the final year, specifically for students who already have the necessary professional knowledge.

Excellence traject

Want to get the most out of your career and market yourself more effectively? Then consider the Excellence program. This program runs alongside your regular training and requires additional time and dedication. Through workshops, lectures, and coaching, you'll work on personal growth and professional development. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive a certificate.

The common thread within the Excellence trajectory is the design and implementation of an arrangement for House of Bloom Summa Beauty & Lifestyle. As an Excellence student, you train and mentor fellow students in the program to implement the package.
