You will learn this
  • Effective communication techniques for difficult situations
  • Dealing with aggression and conflict management
  • De-escalate and set boundaries without escalation
  • Communicating empathetically and professionally
  • Consciously dealing with diversity and emotions
  • Increasing self-confidence in enforcement tasks

During the course, you'll learn directly from experienced instructors who have practical experience. They'll teach you:

  • The basis of professional treatment
  • Empathic action
  • Dealing with different forms of aggression
  • Conversational skills
  • Communication via the walkie-talkie
  • Practical exam training through role-playing

After this course, you will have completed the mandatory refresher or refresher training for BOAs. You will need this to renew your BOA certificate.

  • €700,00 per participant
  • teaching materials: €35 (textbook and VLE)
  • exam: € 280,- (ExTH)

Duration

The course consists of three 4-hour half-days and an exam. Classes are held from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

This course is intended for

BOAs who wish to attend mandatory retraining and additional training.

After the course, we will, in consultation with you, apply for the "Hands-On" exam from the Examination Body for Supervision and Enforcement (ExTH). If you pass, you will receive the official industry certificate for the mandatory refresher and further training. This will allow you to renew your BOA certificate.
