You'll learn the theory and gain insight into your own skills. You'll also learn how to use them effectively. In class, we use situations you encounter daily. Here's what you'll learn in practice:

Day 1 – Customer-centric

We'll start with the most important person: the customer. You'll learn how to be truly friendly and customer-focused, so customers feel welcome and valued.

Day 2 – Product knowledge and storytelling

You'll discover how to present your product in a fun and clear way. By telling stories, you'll learn to captivate and engage customers. This way, selling becomes almost effortless.

Day 3 – The Customer Journey and the Wow Experience

We'll explore the customer journey: from first contact to departure. You'll learn how to make every interaction special and deliver a truly wow experience.

Day 4 – Practice: from a 7 to a 9+

You'll practice situations from your own practice with an experienced trainer. This way, you can immediately apply everything you've learned to improve your customer experience from a 7 to a 9+.
