Preliminary training
You will work at least 8 hours per week in an environment where you have close contact with healthcare providers in primary and integrated care. Throughout this program, you will be assigned practical assignments; therefore, it is important that you have a work placement where you can carry out these assignments.
Duration
Joint online learning and physical meetings ensure that learning flows seamlessly together.
The learning path consists of four online meetings to discuss questions and challenges, supplemented by three 1,5-hour in-person meetings to practice interactive skills. The entire program lasts six months, during which you'll complete practical assignments. In short, you'll put what you've learned into practice right away!
Certificate of Education
At the end of the training program, you will take a practical exam. After successfully completing the exam components, you will receive a nationally recognized vocational certificate in Primary and Integrated Care (K0287).
