Hospitality in healthcare

Caring and welcoming together

Do you work as a host or hostess or as a facility staff member in a healthcare institution? Or are you planning to? In this course, you'll develop a service-oriented attitude.

You'll learn how to interact with clients/guests and their wishes and concerns. The course also teaches you how to advise clients on healthy eating and food safety, and how to identify medical conditions.

After seven sessions, you'll know exactly how to make clients and visitors feel welcome and have a pleasant stay. This will positively contribute to the service level of your healthcare institution.
