Retail Sales Manager / Retail Specialist

Are you looking to advance in your current role or start a career in retail? Then choose the Retail Specialist program. In this program, you'll work independently in a store and learn to guide and manage colleagues. For example, as a team leader for a clothing department or a produce department. Together, you'll be the face of the company. Your goal is satisfied customers, high sales, and enthusiastic employees. Inventory management and product presentation are also part of the curriculum. And because customers are increasingly buying online, you'll also learn how to operate an online store.

If you already have the MBO diploma in Retail Employee Level 2 , you can obtain the diploma in 1 year.

At school, you'll learn what it takes to become a skilled tradesperson. You'll learn primarily through practical assignments. You'll learn to run a shop, conduct sales conversations, and manage, coach, and mentor colleagues. Collaboration, execution, planning, and organization are also part of the curriculum, as is working with an online store. You'll be taught by experienced professionals. Because we work in small groups, you'll receive plenty of personal attention.

With this level 3 MBO diploma, you can further develop yourself into, for example, a Retail Manager.
