Bakery Manager (bol)

Responsible for the bakery, the staff and the tastiest bread and pastries

You know how a traditional bakery works. As a manager, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You ensure everyone can do their work properly and safely, ensuring the company's success.

You ensure that everyone can do their work properly and safely, ensuring the company's success. It's a responsible job that requires a strong sense of self.

In this program, you'll specialize in bread and pastry. This means you'll receive a broad education. You'll be able to make the perfect loaf of bread, but you'll also be adept at creating a croissant. Pastry is also covered. You'll start by making cookies and individual pieces, and progress to creating dessert tarts and chocolates.

Safety is paramount in a bakery. If something goes wrong, you're left holding the bag. That's why you ensure a safe work environment. As you can see, the management role has as many layers as a wedding cake. With a solid training program like this, the profession is just as rewarding.
