Logistics employee

As a logistics employee you are the linchpin in the warehouse.

You'll check incoming goods, enter them into the computer system, and ensure they're placed in the correct location. You'll prepare orders for shipment. You'll identify and correct errors or discrepancies in outgoing and incoming orders, and identify and report unsafe situations and/or defects. Depending on your location, you may also perform minor maintenance or repairs on equipment, or operate a forklift or reach truck. This training program offers you the opportunity to obtain your forklift and/or reach truck certificate.

Experienced instructors will teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled professional. This is done through highly practical lessons. You'll learn about logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS), among other things. You'll also receive standard lessons in Dutch and math.

You'll also choose a number of electives to learn more about topics related to your field. You'll receive more information about the electives available during your program. Each elective concludes with an exam.

As a logistics employee, you might work at a wholesaler, warehouse, transport company, distribution center, or manufacturing company. With your diploma, you can progress to the level 3 logistics team leader program.
