Logistics team leader (bbl)

For the team player who likes to get things done

As a team leader, you're familiar with the logistics process and you distribute warehouse work among your employees. You're also responsible for planning and managing, ensuring your warehouse is perfectly organized.

Logistics gets everything moving; you know all about that. You manage your team members and step in when needed. This way, everything ends up in the right place at the right time.

You know the logistics process inside and out. You distribute the work among your team members and also roll up your sleeves in the warehouse. You manage, plan, organize, and administer. You also maintain contact with carriers and suppliers. You communicate clearly, so everyone on your team knows what needs to be done. You report to the head of the warehouse, the logistics supervisor.
