Logistics team leader

As a team leader, you manage a company's logistics department. You plan the work, coach and motivate your employees, and help when problems arise. In this course, you'll learn what logistics and supply chain management entail and how to organize a logistics process efficiently.

Through practical courses, you'll learn about business economics, such as costs and revenue, customer relations, and administration. You'll also learn effective leadership and communication with employees.

Experienced instructors will teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled professional. This is done through highly practical lessons. You'll also receive standard lessons in subjects like Dutch and math. You'll also choose several electives to learn more about topics related to your profession. During your program, you'll receive more information about the electives available. Each elective concludes with an exam.

As a logistics team leader, you might work at a wholesaler, warehouse, transport company, distribution center, or manufacturing company. With your diploma, you can progress to the level 4 logistics supervisor program.
