Retail Manager

Are you eager to develop into a store manager or make a successful start in retail as a lateral entrant? Then this program is for you. After completing this program, you'll be able to make decisions and take responsibility for a store. For example, you'll learn about store layout, inventory management, cash management, and the implementation of an online store. You'll coordinate work, supervise your employees, develop marketing campaigns, and be responsible for sales. You'll understand your competitors and trends. You'll also learn to analyze and interpret sales figures.

If you already have the MBO diploma Retail Sales Manager / Retail Specialist level 3, you can obtain this diploma in 2 years.

At school, you'll learn what it takes to become a professional. You'll learn primarily through practical assignments. Commercial management, budgeting, and cost control are all part of this program. You'll learn to conduct sales conversations and manage, coach, and mentor colleagues. Collaboration, execution, planning, and organization are also part of the curriculum, as is running an online store. You'll be taught by experienced professionals. Because we work in small groups, you'll receive plenty of personal attention.

With this MBO-4 diploma, you can continue your studies in, for example, higher professional education courses in entrepreneurship & retail management, facility management, communication or leisure management.
