Train the trainer

Guiding, coaching, and assessing colleagues is a profession. This guidance often takes place alongside other tasks, and sometimes this task comes under pressure.

Learning to coach effectively is, just like learning to learn, a process of growth. It doesn't happen overnight, but gradually. Sometimes it involves getting guidance and tips from others and then putting it into practice. Lots of practice and lots of doing! This premise forms the foundation of this course, which is designed for (prospective) trainers.

As a trainer or instructor, you can work in various technical sectors and perform (or participate in) various roles. For example, as a practical supervisor, working foreman, or supervisor in a technical production or maintenance environment.

The course is highly practical. The course materials serve as a resource, consisting of readers and assignments developed by us. After all, training isn't about theoretical factual knowledge! It's primarily about experiencing, sparring, becoming aware, practicing, and doing!

• to adapt your communication style to their students/employees;
