As an employer, you can apply for the SLIM training subsidy in 2026 for training personnel.
In a rapidly changing labor market, it's essential for companies to continuously train their employees. This subsidy helps achieve this by covering part of the costs of training, courses, and other learning activities. Want to know what this subsidy can do for you?
Costs
This partial training is part of our certificate carousel Care & WelfareThe costs amount to €760. every 5 weeks (including exam fees, excluding course materials). Course materials cost approximately €90. You will receive a welcome email before the course begins informing you of the exact additional costs for course materials.
In-company
We can also provide this partial training in-company. Contact us to discuss the options.
Summa training courses and teaching materials provided by Summa are exempt from VAT. Read more about training costs.
Duration
You start with a 15-day program. The subscription can then be extended every 5 weeks.
Location and dates
Classes are held weekly from 9.00:13.15 AM to 3:XNUMX PM in the Summa & Bedrijf skills lab, Willem de Rijkelaan XNUMX, Eindhoven. Classes are not held during regular school holidays and on public holidays.
This course is part of our certification carousel. Weekly sessions are held throughout the year. There are eight intake dates per year. From the start date, you will attend the number of sessions required for your chosen program. Placement is based on order of registration. If an intake date has reached its maximum number of participants, it will no longer be possible to start at that time. During the course, you will complete practical assignments and ultimately take the corresponding practical exam.

PLEASE NOTE Classes will be scheduled as indicated on the website. If there are many registrations, an additional class group may be formed. In that case, classes will be held from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The welcome letter will tell you which class time applies to you.
Preliminary training
To be able to follow this partial course you must:
- a job in a recognized training company for at least 16 to 20 hours per week;
- the opportunity to spend an average of 8 to 10 hours per week on practical exercises and self-study during your work;
- Permission from your employer's training officer to take this training at their workplace. The exam must be able to be taken while you are working;
- a laptop or computer with an internet connection and average ICT skills.

For Whom
This training is for you if you
- if you are a lateral entrant who wants to enter the healthcare sector, you do not have to follow an entire training course to become a social care supervisor (level 3);
- You want to progress from a level 2 position. With this MBO certificate, you can apply for exemptions from parts of the Social Care Supervisor (level 3) program.
Certificate of Education
After successfully completing the lessons and the corresponding practical exam, you will receive a nationally recognized vocational certificate. This certificate will be registered in the DUO diploma register.
