Basic school equipment

Summa Bread & Pastry's training courses consist largely of practical lessons. Summa provides the basic equipment (products and materials) you need to take these courses.

Educational supplies you must have

In the bakery, you must be equipped with appropriate work clothes and work shoes. Summa determines the specifications, but you can choose where you purchase your educational supplies. In collaboration with our suppliers, we have put together several packages for the necessary and any additional clothing and items. The packages are listed below to give you an idea of ​​what clothing and items are needed. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, you can participate in a fitting day. We will invite you to this before the start of the course. If you already own certain clothing and items, you naturally do not need to purchase them again.

Additional activities and facilities

In addition to the costs of the equipment and supplies mentioned, additional activities and facilities may be offered, such as company visits and excursions. These activities and facilities offer added value, but are voluntary and not required for attending the program and obtaining a diploma.
