Basic school equipment

Summa Leisure's courses consist largely of practical lessons. Summa provides the basic equipment (materials) you need to take these courses.

Voluntary purchase of educational supplies

It's helpful to have some of this equipment at home so you can practice your skills both at home and at the internship. We've put together a package for this in collaboration with our supplier. Summa determines the specifications (for example, indoor shoes or a navy training jacket), but you can choose where you buy your educational supplies. It's important that the clothing matches the color. You'll only wear this clothing when your class is doing a group activity outside Summa. You can find the exact package you need in your learning materials list on mbowebshop.nl. You'll receive an email about this in June.

Hospitality basic year

If you'd like to take advantage of this opportunity, you can attend a fitting day. We'll invite you to this before the course begins. If you already own certain clothing and items, you don't need to purchase them again.

Additional activities and facilities

In addition to the costs of the equipment and supplies mentioned, additional activities and facilities may be offered, such as company visits and excursions. These activities and facilities offer added value, but are voluntary and not required for attending the program and obtaining a diploma.
