So we can recognize you at school for classes and exams, for example, we need a passport photo. It's important that we receive your photo before classes begin.
Your photo is only available to teachers and administrators, not to fellow students or others. It will also be used on your student ID.
Here you can read how to submit your photo. If you experience any problems or if it doesn't go as described, please check the alternative methods for submitting your photo.
Requirements for your photo
The photo must look like a passport photo and meet the following conditions:
- Most of the photo is filled with your face and no one else is visible in it
- Your face and eyes must be clearly visible and you may not wear a cap, hat or hat
- Make sure you have a sharp color photo that is not too light or too dark
- The photo must not be edited with Snapchat or other filters
- If you're using an existing photo, make sure it's in portrait orientation (like a passport photo). If necessary, crop the photo to the desired size (4:3) so your face is clearly visible (requirement 1).
- The following also applies to students of the Aviation Service Provider course:
Hair that falls below the shoulders should be kept out of the face and tied in a bun or braided ponytail. Students with shorter hair may wear it loose, but it should be kept out of the face.
Examples of photos that are not good

Tips & tricks / Alternative delivery options
If submitting via the upload link doesn't work, try this:
- If you don't see a photo window, your camera or webcam is not being recognized by the upload page.
You can try opening the upload link in a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Opera) to see if the webcam works. If that doesn't work, you can upload the photo by choosing a file from your phone or computer/laptop. - If it doesn't work on your phone, try it on your computer/laptop.
- If you still can't manage it, you can also submit the photo in one of these two ways:
1. Select the photo you want and change the file name to your student number. Send the photo file to the email address of your school administration, preferably from your school email address. Always clearly state your student number and name.
2. Report to the administration to have a photo taken.
