Attract new talent now with a subsidy
Are you an employer in Southeast Brabant looking for new colleagues for jobs in healthcare, technology, or IT? The "Apprenticeship Compensation for Lateral Entrants" subsidy program allows you to hire and train new employees.
How does it work?
If you hire a lateral entrant, you'll pay a competitive salary from their first day. Because you'll be training the new employee and won't be fully involved during that period, you'll receive a salary contribution through Brabant Leert. This makes the transition attractive and feasible for both you and the lateral entrant.
Please note: this scheme is temporary and runs through Brabant Leert!
Which courses are participating?
Summa offers a wide range of training programs, courses, and training programs tailored to your new employee's development. Whether you're looking for a short or long-term solution, a diploma or a certificate, all programs within vocational (BOL), vocational (BBL), third-level learning, and contract education are eligible.
