We offer a variety of development opportunities. Every year, we organize the Summa Development Festival: a vibrant event for and by colleagues. These are two inspiring afternoons with inspiring speakers, surprising workshops, and valuable experiences.

We believe it's important that you can continue learning. That's why every employee can use GoodHabitz for free. This gives you access to a wide variety of online training courses.

Do you live more than 5 kilometers from your work location? Then you'll receive a mileage allowance of €0,19 net per kilometer, with a maximum of 40 kilometers one way.

Prefer to travel by public transport? We'll fully reimburse your travel expenses. Whether you travel by train (second class) or bus, we'll take care of everything.

You'll also receive a year-end bonus of 8,33% of your gross annual salary. This amounts to a full thirteenth month's salary, paid in December.

You'll receive a phone and laptop right away. You'll also receive an annual €100 budget for purchasing additional accessories.

You accrue pension with us through the General Civil Service Pension Fund (ABP). The major advantage of this is that as an employee, you only pay 30%, meaning you retain more net income. The employer pays approximately 70% of the premium. ABP also provides excellent disability pension and survivor's pension plans.

We believe it's important that you feel good about yourself. Because being fit and energetic makes you feel better and more satisfied at work. That's why we encourage a healthy lifestyle, and as a Summa employee, you can work out for free in the fitness center at Summa Sport. You'll train under the guidance of fitness instructors and students, who will create a personalized workout plan for you. Professional nutritional guidance is also provided: together with a certified nutritional advisor, you'll find a lifestyle that truly suits you.

Cycling to work is healthy. That's why we encourage cycling to work by providing a reimbursement. Want to buy a new bike? Then you can participate in our bike plan. This allows you to buy a bike affordably with tax benefits. This way, you save money and get some exercise!

At Summa, we take good care of our employees. That's why we offer accident insurance for everyone. You can also save on your healthcare costs. We offer a discount on supplementary health insurance with certain health insurers.

Summa has a very active staff association, CASE. As a member of CASE (Collegial in Work and Social in Events), you can participate in many fun extras. These include fun staff parties and activities focused on sports, culture, and delicious food. And for the children, there's an annual Sinterklaas afternoon. And if it's your birthday, you'll receive a nice gift from the staff association.
