Retail Salesperson / Retail Employee

Do you already work in a store and want to get your diploma? Or are you looking to enter the retail sector? Then choose the Retail Salesperson/Retail Associate training program. As a retail associate, you're the face of the store where you work. You're customer-focused, commercially oriented, and persuasive. Your goal is satisfied customers and a healthy turnover. This program will teach you what it takes to achieve this. Inventory management and product presentation are also part of the curriculum. And because customers are increasingly buying online, you'll also learn how to operate an online store.

At school, you'll learn what it takes to become a skilled tradesperson. You'll learn primarily through practical assignments. In the first year, you'll learn how to perform shop duties, such as conducting sales conversations, managing sales transactions, and managing the flow of goods. You'll also learn teamwork, planning, organization, and execution skills. In the second year, you'll learn leadership skills, among other things. You'll be taught by experienced professionals. Because we work in small groups, you'll receive plenty of personal attention.

With this diploma, you can further develop yourself into, for example, a Retail Sales Manager / Retail Specialist.
