Preliminary training
For the training Social care supervisor for lateral entrants (Disability care) (level 3) do you have:
- at least 3 years of work experience (at least MBO3 level);
- an MBO level 3 diploma.
For the training Personal social care assistant for lateral entrants (Disability Care) (level 4) do you have:
- at least 3 years of work experience (at least MBO4 level);
- an MBO level 4 diploma.
The following also applies to both courses:
- you have a sufficient command of the Dutch language;
- you are willing to work irregular hours;
- you are physically fit;
- you are stable and flexible;
- you have drive, motivation and perseverance.
For Whom
The course is intended for people who would like to make the transition to social care.
Certificate of Education
You can earn a vocational (MBO) diploma with this program. If you leave the program early, we'll check which exam components you've passed; you'll receive certificates for these.
