ICT support technician (bol)

Good with people, even better with computers

As an ICT support technician, you'll help IT users with their problems. Communication is therefore key! During the training, you'll also learn how to install and configure a network, for example.

Learning by doing: from day one

Are you technically minded and sociable? Then the ICT Support Technician training program at Summa ICT is perfect for you! From day one, you'll immerse yourself in the world of networks, computer systems, and cable infrastructures. You'll also learn how to help others with their technical problems—whether they're colleagues, customers, or users.

Projects that matter

You'll learn the technical basics during the specialist classes – think networking, hardware, and IT support. You'll bring this knowledge to life in small groups during project lessons.

You'll learn to collaborate, plan, and work according to the scrum methodology: a smart way of working in teams where you work on a project step by step. Together, you'll devise the approach, assign tasks, and closely monitor progress. This way, you'll achieve results together and be well-prepared for the workplace.

Good atmosphere, nice teachers

What makes this program extra special? The personal guidance. Our instructors are there to support you and help you grow in a pleasant, respectful atmosphere.
