Study in figures

Study in Figures provides clear information about specific programs and their job prospects. You can find the figures for each program on the program page under "Study in Figures."

Here you will find the explanation of those numbers.

  1. Student satisfaction

Student grades, obtained annually by JOB. The left column shows the program's grade at Summa, and the right column shows the national average. No grade? If so, the program has been reviewed by fewer than 15 students.

  1. Percentage of successful students

Percentage of students (from DUO) who graduated from their program in the past academic year. The left column shows the percentage for the program at Summa, and the right column shows the national average. No percentage? Then fewer than 10 students earned a degree.

  1. Chances of employment in your field

Expected chance of a job that matches the program. The more black stars, the higher the chance. The left column shows the number of stars for the program at Summa, and the right column shows the national average for the program. Note: these odds may change during the program.

  1. Chance of an internship

If you're enrolled in a program, you're also required to complete an internship (work placement). Without an internship, you can't complete the program. The number of black stars indicates your likelihood of finding a suitable internship. The left column shows the star rating for the program at Summa, and the right column shows the national average for the program.

  1. Starting salary

How much do you earn approximately per hour after completing the program? The national average gross hourly wage is calculated over the past few years. The amount isn't calculated per school, so the left column isn't filled in.
