Specialized pedagogical employee (bbl)

An eye for the development of children

You coordinate work in childcare, a preschool, a daycare center, or an after-school care center. You also help with caring for and supervising the children.

You'll coordinate childcare, a preschool, a daycare center, or an after-school care center. You'll be the point of contact for parents and colleagues, continuously monitoring the children's development. You'll identify any delays or challenging behaviors and tailor support accordingly. Naturally, you'll also help with caring for and supervising the children.

During the program, you'll learn various pedagogical skills. You'll guide children in their development and learn how to organize and coordinate their work. You'll communicate respectfully with parents. You'll also ensure safety and a positive atmosphere in the group.

The full training program for specialized educational staff officially takes three years. However, most students complete the program in two years.

In the specialized pedagogical childcare worker (BBL) training program, we focus on teaching adults. If you are under 18, we recommend that you take the ball training choose.

The full course formally takes 3 years. Do you already have a relevant level 3 diploma? Then you can continue the course. Specialized pedagogical employee complete in one year.
