Duration
The training lasts 2 to 3 years, you go to school 1 day a week and work 3 or 4 days.
You'll start in a foundation year. After the first year, you'll discuss with your instructors which level suits you best: level 3 or level 4. Depending on the level, the program will then last two or three years.
Preliminary training
To be admitted to this course you need at least:
- diploma in pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO) with a vocational, theoretical or mixed learning pathway;
- diploma lbo, vbo or mavo or;
- transition certificate from 3 to 4 havo or vwo or;
- diploma MBO level 2 or;
- other government-recognized diploma or certificate.
Work
During a personal interview or introductory meeting, we'll determine if this program is a good fit for you. To participate in this program, you must work at an accredited training company.
If you don't work for such a company, we offer assistance in finding a suitable work placement. You can search for it yourself, for example, through www.s-bb.nl or by applying to the following participating companies:

Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a level 3 or 4 beautician diploma.
