This is what you will do as an LD Instructor in Beauty Care and Foot Care
As an LD lecturer, you combine teaching duties with a leading role within the team. You inspire students and colleagues, develop future-oriented education, and safeguard the quality of the study programs within the field of beauty care and foot care.
Thereby:
- You teach and guide students in their learning process and professional development.
- You develop and implement educational innovation and curricula.
- You manage your colleagues and guide them within the field.
- You maintain contact with the professional field and strengthen the connection to professional practice.
As an LD Beauty Care and Foot Care instructor, you carry out your duties within the relevant training team, collaborate with fellow instructors, and report to the team leader.
This is what we offer you
- A challenging role in which you combine teaching and educational development.
- A salary according to the MBO collective labor agreement scale LD, between €4.817 and €7.020 gross per month based on full-time employment.
- A contract (0,8 FTE), with the intention of extension.
- Year-end bonus of 8,33%, ABP pension fund, a laptop and phone on loan.
- Develop yourself through training, a course or the annual development festival.

- A relevant HBO or WO degree, for example a teacher training program, pedagogy, or an educational master's.
- Passion for education and development.
- You actively seek connection with students and colleagues.
- Experience with educational development, curriculum design, and/or educational innovation.
- Affinity with or knowledge of the beauty care and foot care industry.
- You are inspiring, have strong communication skills, and bring colleagues along in change.
