'Talent for Semiconductors' Program
Where technical innovation and development converge. Our challenge? By 2030, the Brainport region will need an additional 26.000 technical employees in the semiconductor sector, of which over 10.000 will be MBO graduates. The Microchip Talent Strengthening Plan, or the 'Talent for Semiconductors' program, addresses this by not only attracting new students but also retaining existing employees and providing upskilling and reskilling for new talent. By joining forces, we make optimal use of each other's expertise and increase our impact.

In doing so, we develop practice-oriented technical education and training that aligns directly with the latest applications in industry, including the rapidly growing semiconductor sector.
