Are you already working with tinkering, paint shops, or body repair, but want to do more? Then the technical management training program is a great addition. In just one year, you can learn the skills that will help you become a skilled workshop manager or team leader.

As a technician manager, you'll use your knowledge and experience to lead your colleagues in the workshop. You're the boss on the shop floor. You oversee their performance, ensure the smooth running of the work, and monitor flat rate times, for example.

At school, you'll also learn about the financial side of things, so you can run your workshop efficiently and effectively. You'll understand the importance of satisfied customers and be able to politely address their questions and complaints.

Classes take place in the afternoon and evening, so your boss won't have to wait too long and you won't be bothered by the morning or evening rush hour. It's a challenging, fast-paced course, but you'll receive a valuable diploma in return. Perfect for those who want to get ahead!
