Legal, Insurance & HR Services Specialist (legal) (bol)

Work with confidential information and support colleagues

As a Legal, Insurance & HR Services Specialist, you'll support your colleagues with administrative tasks in legal, financial, and/or HR services. You'll learn a wealth of Dutch laws and regulations across various legal areas.

You're familiar with the rules and procedures within your organization. This involves a lot of reading and working on the computer, but also working with and for people. For example, you might advise internal or external clients. You work with confidential information, and absolute confidentiality and neutrality are essential. Small mistakes can have major consequences, so working carefully and reliably is crucial.

A customer-focused and business-like attitude is essential, but you also have the ability to empathize with the person sitting across from you. Anyone can deliver good news. You'll also learn how to best deliver bad news, or how to clearly communicate the possibilities and limitations.

Laws and regulations are constantly changing. This means staying current and being flexible. That makes you the specialist employers want to hire.

Will you be pursuing a career in law and legislation (legal)? Or are you more interested in human resources management (HRM)? Or will you continue your studies at a university of applied sciences? The choice is yours!

This course is a combination of the Legal Administrative Service Provider (JAD), Human Resource Management (HRM) and Financial Service Provider / Real Estate Agent Assistant courses.
