Sales Manager (bol)

Running a shop on a daily basis is what matters to me

As a sales manager, you work independently in a store. You manage inventory and place new orders on time. You also supervise employees.

You have extensive product knowledge and ensure customers leave the store satisfied with the right product. You decide how to present the products in the store and maintain the sales displays. You ensure the store always looks neat and creates a positive atmosphere that reflects the store's vision.

You'll guide your colleagues in receiving and storing products, providing feedback on their work. You'll also ensure the warehouse is properly organized and cleaned. Occasionally, you'll meet with your colleagues and manager, for example, to discuss sales figures.

In this profession, you need to be able to collaborate, manage, guide, execute, plan, and organize effectively. At Summa Business, you'll learn everything you need to be a first-time salesperson in a store. This way, you'll ensure your store runs smoothly.

The Sales Manager training course was previously called Retail Sales Manager / Retail Specialist or First Salesperson (Manager).
