Stay friendly and resolve a situation well at the same time

I currently work at EBM Security, primarily at events and hospitality venues, but also at the Designer Outlet in Roermond, for example. I have another job, but I prefer working in security. I'd like to continue in that field.

My best experience was during the Oktoberfest in Sittard. There, in a large party tent, I dealt with everything over the course of five days. I was thrown to the lions, but I came out of it very well. They see how you react to, for example, difficult and cheerful people. You always have to remain friendly and resolve a situation well. That is what I learned during the training.

The atmosphere at school was always very good. If you show commitment, you see that the teachers are also doing their best for you. You have your own responsibility and learn at your own pace. My tip is to plan and discuss things well. If you don't understand something, that's no problem; as long as you let us know, the teachers can at least help you.
