Your impact as a Business Economics Teacher
- You help students grow in self-confidence, collaboration, and business skills and knowledge.
- You encourage students to act independently, financially consciously, and professionally.
This is what you will do as a Business Economics Teacher
- You provide vocational lessons for the Entrepreneur in Trade program to MBO students, level 4 (BOL). These include lessons on finance: tax and administration, and annual accounts.
- You teach students entrepreneurial skills that align with practice in projects, including value-driven profit and the entrepreneurship lab.
- You motivate students by connecting with their everyday lives and future professions.
- You guide and coach students during their studies and contribute to contemporary education.
As a Business Economics lecturer, you work within the Retail and Entrepreneurship team. Summa's Retail and Entrepreneurship team trains MBO students to become entrepreneurs in trade and professionals in retail through full-time and part-time tracks. You work with a team of 22 colleagues and report to the team leader.

- A salary in accordance with the MBO collective labor agreement, scale LB (€3.713 to €5.495 gross per month based on full-time employment).
- A fixed-term contract with the intention to extend.

- You have a second-degree teaching qualification or are in the final phase of your teacher training.
- You have an affinity for or experience with entrepreneurship and with trade and services.

- You ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere in the classroom.
- You enjoy contributing ideas for new education and work well with colleagues.
- You are available from August or September.
